Silver Eagle Mfg. Wins 5 year Army Contract
Portland, OR, October 15, 2008 --[ASDWire]-- Silver Eagle Manufacturing Company, the leading manufacturer of light tactical trailers, announced that it has been awarded a five-year contract to produce light tactical trailers for the U.S. Army. Under the terms of the new contract up to 64,677 trailers may be ordered with a value of $500 million over the five year period. Production on the first $17.9 million delivery order of 2,160 trailers will begin immediately. Silver Eagle Manufacturing Company President, Jay Wilson, said, “Silver Eagle Manufacturing is very excited with the news of the award.
