As the role of NATO continues to evolve, SMi’s 9th annual NATO conference taking place in 3 weeks time will give you the opportunity to assess the current capabilities, programmes and direction of the alliance.
Beyond the capability and programme briefs, further presentations will cover a range of issues. NAMSA will brief on their plans in terms of logistics and supporting NATO operations.
The conference will also focus on alliances and interoperability within NATO, including the road ahead in terms of acquisition plans and how the EDA and NATO are working together.
Lastly, the event will have a focus on how non NATO nations are bridging the gap to become members of the alliance. This will include case studies into Sweden’s role in the Partnership for Peace programme and also briefs from Croatia and Ukraine about their roadmaps for joining NATO and the capabilities they can offer.
