AVIC one promulgated market forecasts of civil aviation in the next 20 years
It is expected that China's air passenger turnover grew at an annual rate of 8.6% within the forecast period. Passenger turnover in 2025 to be over one trillion per mile, the growth rate of air cargo transport will be higher than the same period of air passenger transport. Turnover of China civil aviation transportation grew at an annual rate of 10.7% within the forecast period.2025 and to reach 60 billion in 2025.
The rapid development of the air transport market will have a tremendous demand for civilian aircraft. It is predicted that in the year of 2025, China will owned 3,370 civilian planes, of which the number of large passenger jet aircraft is 2470，while the number of extension passenger plane under 100 seats 100 is 900. Consider volume growth of passenger transport and the retired of old planes, the demands of various types of civil planes in the coming 20 years will reach to 3110, of which 2,230 are jet planes, and 880 are extension passenger planes.
