Integran and Advanced Composites Group (ACG) Enter Into a Joint Development Agreement for Composite Part Tooling
Nanovar®, is a low thermal expansion, very hard metal coating that increases surface hardness of carbon fibre composites by 15 times, adding durability and longevity to tools resulting in significantly reduced manufacturing costs. “ACG’s expertise in tool design and thermoset resin technology, and their market position as the leading supplier of pre-impregnated composite tooling materials will significantly shorten the time to market for this advanced tooling technology” said Frank Cotter, Chief Operating Officer of Integran.
ACG provides a complete package of advanced composite tooling solutions, from innovative tool design through to a variety of novel LTM® and HTM® material formats.
