Bill Bihlman has six years experience in aerospace. He has worked as Project Engineer at Raytheon Aircraft overseeing the design and certification of the TC-90 military trainer program for the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF). In previous positions at Raytheon, he served as a company representative to the NASA-Langley led AGATE program (Advanced General Aviation Transportation Experiment) in the area of crashworthiness. He also has experience in the area of structural dynamics in research and modeling. He holds a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. He also has Masters in Business and Masters in Public Affairs from Cornell University.
Most recently, Bill was Manager of Planning and Analysis at the Conrad Hilton Resort, Punta del Este, Uruguay.
