New Date Announced for Streamlined Defence Sensors Technology Conference & Exhibition
6 May, 2009 -- Tangent Link Ltd has announced revised dates for their new, innovative event Defence Sensors Technology. The event will now be held at the Le Chatelain Hotel, in Brussels, Belgium on 2/3 November 2009.
The change of date came about following consultation with delegates and industry that showed a preference for the event to be held later in the year. “We pride ourselves on being able to respond to our clients’ wishes to ensure we bring together the right people to promote and enhance European collaborative opportunities.” Said Karen Griffith, Managing Director of event organisers, Tangent Link Ltd
The conference will provide a platform for discussions on sensor exploitation and intelligence production among established and new NATO member countries. There will also be opportunities for collaboration with the world’s leading defence companies, defence associations and agencies.
The two-day event will encompass three key elements of military sensors for air, land and sea operations including:
- Electro-Optical Systems
- Radar Systems
- Electronic Warfare Systems
This innovation, of streamlining three aligned conference topics into a two-day event, will allow these disciplines, frequently used together in the field of information warfare, to be explored by some of the foremost technology experts on the subjects. Streamlining three conferences into one event also recognises the need for cost effective time management in a challenging economic climate.
Defence Sensor Technology 2009 is being sponsored by SELEX GALILEO and Zeiss.
