Luciad Showcases Latest Innovations for More Efficient Aeronautical Applications at Paris Air Show

On booth # G47 in hall 2B, visitors will be able to experience live displays of LuciadMap, the company’s flagship software suite which is designed to build efficient aeronautical information systems with class-leading graphical capabilities for improved situational awareness.

In its most recent release, LuciadMap provides full support for the new AIXM 5 standard, enabling high responsiveness with complete control over performance parameters, and powerful new capabilities for the handling of large amounts of aeronautical data, without the need for preprocessing. Already used in operational systems, the technology is designed to support the next generation aeronautical information systems worldwide.

Luciad’s exhibit highlights include powerful 2D and 3D displays of aeronautical information, real-time track data demos and interactive tools such as Electronic Flight Bags featuring temporality, digital NOTAM handling and OGC Web Feature Server integration. LuciadMap-based Air Command and Control Center applications such as real-time visualization of Blue force tracking will also be on display.
