Luciad shows latest ATC/ATM/AIM visualization technology at ATC Global 2010

LuciadMap offers high-performance out-of-the-box decoding and visualization of AIXM 5.1 and WXXM data, the new data standards jointly developed by the FAA and EUROCONTROL for achieving System Wide Information Management (SWIM) in the NextGen and SESAR programs.

Visitors will discover the latest technology in support of SWIM through realistic demo scenarios including bad weather conditions, runway surface contaminations and Special Use Airspaces (SUAs).

Also on display will be LuciadMap-based applications that provide to pilots and operators a dynamic Common Operational Picture by showing up-to-date aeronautical and meteorological information.
