New products for high performance data fusion, visualization & analysis on booth #A14 Hall 1

LuciadMap now offers high-performance out-of-the-box decoding and visualization of AIXM 5.1 and WXXM data, the new data standards jointly developed by the FAA and EUROCONTROL for achieving System Wide Information Management in the NextGen and SESAR programs. The AIXM 5.1 format provides a powerful temporality model that allows encoding of NOTAMs and other time-dependent information.

Furthermore, Luciad is introducing LuciadFusion™, the company's new data fusion platform for managing, fusing, and serving massive data streams from multiple sources into one combined operating picture. On display are live examples of civil and military aeronautical systems developed with Luciad software.
The Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) demonstration provides a realistic implementation of AIXM 5.1 and WXXM technology capable of dealing with volcanic ash clouds, bad weather conditions, runway surface contaminations and Special Use Airspaces (SUAs). Additionally, demonstrations of a UAV ground control planning station in an intuitive multi-touch environment, and of military mission planning operations with dual 2D and 3D visualization are showcased.
