Discovery Air Selects Quantum Control Aviation ERP Software

SAN DIEGO, Calif., August 31, 2010 --[ASDWire]-- Discovery Air Inc. (TSE: DA.A), a Canadian aviation services corporation with six subsidiaries providing fixed-wing and helicopter services across Canada and in international markets, recently selected Component Control’s Quantum Control aviation enterprise resource planning (ERP) software as its business software platform for its new Discovery Air Technical Services MRO facility in Quebec City.

Discovery Air was introduced to Quantum Control through one of its subsidiaries, Great Slave Helicopters, which has been using Quantum as its ERP platform since 2004. Discovery acquired Great Slave in 2006.
