Sonovision Announces purchase of Kappa Group

Sonovision-ITEP is pleased to announce that in keeping with our strategy for growth in new services and markets we have acquired the Kappa Group.(www.kappa-group.com)

The Kappa Group was created in 1989 to provide international engineering expertise for the management of large projects in the industrial and services sectors.

Kappa is headquartered in Paris France with regional offices in the UK, U.S., Canada, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. With the addition of Kappa Group, Sonovision-ITEP now has tremendous strength in the areas of Engineering and Project Management. The Kappa Group further enhances Sonovision-ITEP’s position and brings new services to markets such as Environment, Energy, Petroleum, Pharmacy, Defence and Space.

The Kappa Group which is currently established in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and North America has sales of more than 20 million Euros, a staff of 180 and a global network of consultants. With the acquisition of the Kappa Group, Sonovision-ITEP now increases its annual sales revenue to 110 million Euros, with over 40 million Euros of that revenue coming from engineering related activities.
