Elektrobit demonstrates state-of-the-art tactical communications products

Elektrobit (EB) will present its tactical communications knowhow at the Indo Defence 2014 exhibition held in Jakarta, Indonesia on November 5-8. At the exhibition EB will demonstrate the EB Tactical Wireless IP Network (TAC WIN) system, EB Tactical LTE Access Point solution (Long-Term Evolution, 4G) and EB Tough VoIP phones (Voice over Internet Protocol).

EB TAC WIN is a high-performance wireless backbone network solution offering broadband data transfer for mobile troops and also connecting them to landline networks. The system enables quick and flexible construction of link, point-to-multipoint and MANET (Mobile Ad Hoc Network) connections within one logical IP network.

EB Tactical LTE Access Point solution provides wireless LTE access to the EB TAC WIN network. Together with the solution and either off-the-shelf or rugged special LTE terminals, troops get cost-efficient and high-speed multimedia data and VoIP services at the field.
