Quantum's StockMarket provides Document Imaging for Part Certifications

Component Control announced today that Quantum customers can now attach documents and images pertaining to a specific part listing on StockMarket.aero, the world’s largest open online aviation parts eMarketplace. Certifications, zoomed images, and multiple views can be attached to a specific part to bolster authentication and make the part more appealing to buyers.

“Having a certification readily available for buyer review helps to accelerate the buying cycle for verifiable parts and gives the seller a competitive edge,” comments Todd Lewis, President of Component Control. “Buyers can view part documents either  online at StockMarket.aero or through one of the StockMarket.aero apps for the iPhone or Android, to further accelerate the buying process both at their desk or on-the-go.” StockMarket.aero smartphone apps allows members to quickly and easily access over 100 million qualified line items of aviation inventory and capabilities via a robust, mobile format.

Scanned Images or external files such as Excel, Word, HTML or PDF can be linked to all the critical data elements in Quantum. Various formats are supported including PDF. High-speed ISIS scanning devices are also supported.
