1. General
This Site is operated by ASDWire. ASDWire is service from ASD Media BV. ASD Media BV is a registered company in the Netherlands. "Client" means the party using the ASDWire services. "Service" or "Services" means the services provided by ASDWire to the Client. “Parties” means both the Client and ASDWire. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Disclaimer of Warranty
We exclude all warranties, express or implied, in respect of the Site and the content of and your use of the Site and Services.

3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ASDWire, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective partners, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents (collectively, "ASDWire") be liable for direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or indirect damages (including but not limited to, loss of data, use or profits), however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not ASDWire has been advised of the possibility of any such damages. You agree that ASDWire's maximum liability arising from any service sold by ASDWire shall not exceed the price of such service.

4. Changes to our services
We reserve the right at any time, without liability for doing so, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any of the content, functions or services we offer on the Site (or any part of them) with or without notice. This includes removing information transmitted by you to us. Prices for the Services from ASDWire may be subject to change. The price charged for a Service will be the price at the moment the service is requested and possibly subject to any additional terms and conditions as agreed in writing by the Parties.

5. Amendment of the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms without notice to you from time to time. Any such amendment shall be effective once the revised terms have been posted on the Site.

6. Applicable Law
The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

7. Content
The Client is solely responsible for the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy and authenticity of all information to ASDWire. ASDWire cannot be held responsible for proofreading or verifying of any information submitted by the Client. ASDWire reserves the right to reject a news release from the Client if the content of the news release is unsuitable for distribution in view of ASDWire. The client warrants that the submitted content is complete, truthful, accurate, and does not contain any material which is libelous, obscene or otherwise illegal. Furthermore, the Client warrants that distribution of the news release will not violate the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, confidentiality rights or other rights of any other party. ASDWire's policy is to show the distributed press releases for three years on the ASDWire website.

8. Publication not guaranteed
The Client accepts that ASDWire has no control over whether any publisher, broadcaster, agent, editor or journalist who receives Client's news release(s) or other Content will use such Content for publication, broadcast, further distribution or follow-up.

9. User id and password
Client password are known only to Client and ASDWire. To prevent from fraudulent use of your account by unauthorized persons or parties, Client agrees to keep the password confidential and to notify ASDWire if Client believes this confidentiality may have been, or may become breached. ASDWire reserves the right to modify passwords at anytime.
